2. What data we handle
- Account: when you sign up with Google or email, we handle your email and name (and profile photo if you use Google), via Firebase Authentication (Google).
- Contributions: comments, ratings, suggestions and photos you upload voluntarily.
- Local storage: we save your language, preferred robot and whether you accepted this notice in your browser.
- Technical data: the hosting provider may log basic connection data for security.
3. Why we use it
To enable sign-up and login, publish your contributions (after moderation), show community content and improve the site.
4. Who we share it with
We use providers that process data on our behalf: Google Firebase and Cloudinary. We do not sell your data.
5. Cookies & advertising
We use browser local storage for essential features. To keep the site free we may show third-party advertising (e.g., Google AdSense), which may use cookies. You can accept or decline advertising cookies in our cookie notice. Visitors from the EEA and UK will also see the required consent message.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to hola@cookabot.com.
7. Retention
We keep your data while you have an account or your contributions remain published.
8. Minors
The site is not directed to minors without their guardians' authorization.

We may update this policy; the current version will always be here.
