Aperol Spritz
Bubbly Italian aperitif of Aperol, prosecco and soda.

Ingredients
- 120 ml Aperol
- 180 ml cold prosecco
- 60 ml sparkling water
- 200 g ice
- 1 orange in slices
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the ice in the mixing bowl and crush 3 sec/speed 4 to chill it slightly.
- Divide the ice into two large balloon glasses.
- Pour the Aperol over the ice in each glass.
- Add the cold prosecco and top up with the sparkling water.
- Stir gently and garnish with a slice of orange.
Tips
- Not suitable for children as it contains alcohol.
- Serve the ingredients very cold so the ice does not dilute too quickly.
