Ingredients

  • 120 ml Aperol
  • 180 ml cold prosecco
  • 60 ml sparkling water
  • 200 g ice
  • 1 orange in slices

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the ice in the mixing bowl and crush 3 sec/speed 4 to chill it slightly.
  2. Divide the ice into two large balloon glasses.
  3. Pour the Aperol over the ice in each glass.
  4. Add the cold prosecco and top up with the sparkling water.
  5. Stir gently and garnish with a slice of orange.

Tips

  • Not suitable for children as it contains alcohol.
  • Serve the ingredients very cold so the ice does not dilute too quickly.
