Ingredients
- 300 ml whole milk
- 2 freshly made espressos
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
- Cocoa powder to decorate
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Place the butterfly in the mixing bowl.
- Put the milk and sugar in the mixing bowl.
- Set 4 min/60°C/speed 3 to heat and froth the milk.
- Divide the espresso into two cups.
- Pour the frothed milk carefully over the coffee.
- Sprinkle cocoa on top and serve right away.
Tips
- Remove the butterfly before serving to avoid splashing.
