Ingredients

  • 300 ml whole milk
  • 2 freshly made espressos
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
  • Cocoa powder to decorate

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Place the butterfly in the mixing bowl.
  2. Put the milk and sugar in the mixing bowl.
  3. Set 4 min/60°C/speed 3 to heat and froth the milk.
  4. Divide the espresso into two cups.
  5. Pour the frothed milk carefully over the coffee.
  6. Sprinkle cocoa on top and serve right away.

Tips

  • Remove the butterfly before serving to avoid splashing.
