Clericó (Fruit Wine Punch)
Refreshing white wine drink with fruit, perfect for celebrations.

Ingredients
- 750 g white wine
- 300 g orange juice
- 1 peach, diced
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 100 g strawberries
- 80 g sugar
- Ice to taste
Step-by-step

- Put the sugar and orange juice in the mixing bowl; mix 20 sec/speed 3 to dissolve.
- Pour into a large pitcher along with the white wine.
- Add the diced and sliced fruit.
- Let macerate in the fridge at least 1 hour.
- Serve very cold with ice and fruit in each glass.
Tips
- Macerating the fruit lets it soak up the flavor.
- For an alcohol-free version, use white grape juice.
