Strawberry Daiquiri
Very fresh frozen cocktail of strawberry, rum and lime.

Ingredients
- 250 g frozen strawberries
- 120 ml white rum
- The juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 150 g ice
Step-by-step

- Put the strawberries, the rum, the lime juice and the sugar in the mixing bowl.
- Blend 30 sec/speed 7 to integrate the fruit.
- Add the ice and crush 5 sec/speed 5 for a slush.
- Blend 15 sec/speed 8 until you reach a frozen-style texture.
- Serve in cold glasses with a strawberry as garnish.
Tips
- Not suitable for children as it contains alcohol.
- Frozen strawberries make it unnecessary to add much ice.
