Lemon Slush

Light and very fresh lemon slush for summer.

Ingredients

  • The juice of 4 lemons
  • 100 g sugar
  • 400 ml water
  • 500 g ice cubes

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the water and the sugar in the mixing bowl and heat 4 min/90 C/speed 2 to make a syrup.
  2. Let it cool, add the lemon juice and mix 20 sec/speed 4.
  3. Chill the mixture in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  4. Add the ice and crush 5 sec/speed 5 for a slush.
  5. Blend another 10 sec/speed 6 if you want a finer texture.
  6. Serve immediately in cold glasses with a straw.

Tips

  • Serve right after crushing the ice so it does not melt.
  • You can make it the same way with orange, strawberry or watermelon.
