Strawberry ice cream
Creamy strawberry ice cream made with frozen fruit and cream.

Ingredients
- 400 g of frozen strawberries
- 150 ml of condensed milk
- 100 ml of whipping cream
- the juice of half a lemon
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the chopped frozen strawberries in the mixing bowl.
- Grind the frozen ingredients 30 sec/speed 8.
- Add the condensed milk, the cream and the lemon juice.
- Grind again 20 sec/speed 6 bringing down the remains from the walls.
- Put the butterfly and beat 1 min/speed 4 to aerate.
- Serve immediately as a creamy ice cream or freeze 1 hour for more firmness.
Tips
- The more frozen the strawberries the better the texture.
- The lemon enhances the flavour of the strawberry.
