Fruit jelly

Ingredients

  • 500 ml of fruit juice
  • 250 ml of water
  • 80 g of sugar
  • 8 gelatine sheets
  • 200 g of chopped fresh fruit

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Hydrate the gelatine sheets in cold water.
  2. Put the water and the sugar in the mixing bowl and program 5 min/80°C/speed 2.
  3. Add the drained gelatine and mix 20 sec/speed 3.
  4. Add the juice and mix 15 sec/speed 3.
  5. Distribute the chopped fruit in the moulds.
  6. Pour the liquid over the fruit.
  7. Refrigerate 4 hours until it fully sets.

Tips

  • Avoid raw pineapple or kiwi because they prevent the jelly from setting.
  • Serve very cold to refresh.
