Fruit jelly
Light and colourful jelly dessert with pieces of fresh fruit.

Ingredients
- 500 ml of fruit juice
- 250 ml of water
- 80 g of sugar
- 8 gelatine sheets
- 200 g of chopped fresh fruit
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Hydrate the gelatine sheets in cold water.
- Put the water and the sugar in the mixing bowl and program 5 min/80°C/speed 2.
- Add the drained gelatine and mix 20 sec/speed 3.
- Add the juice and mix 15 sec/speed 3.
- Distribute the chopped fruit in the moulds.
- Pour the liquid over the fruit.
- Refrigerate 4 hours until it fully sets.
Tips
- Avoid raw pineapple or kiwi because they prevent the jelly from setting.
- Serve very cold to refresh.
