Creamy Caribbean cocktail of pineapple, coconut and rum.

Ingredients
- 250 g fresh pineapple in chunks
- 120 ml white rum
- 100 ml coconut cream
- 60 ml pineapple juice
- 200 g ice
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the pineapple, the rum, the coconut cream and the juice in the mixing bowl.
- Blend 30 sec/speed 8 until smooth.
- Add the ice and crush 5 sec/speed 5 for a slush.
- Blend 15 sec/speed 7 for a creamy and fine texture.
- Serve in tall glasses with a slice of pineapple.
Tips
- Not suitable for children as it contains alcohol.
- For a non-alcoholic version omit the rum and add more pineapple juice.
