Ingredients
- 600 ml hot fish broth
- 150 g cassava flour
- 1 small onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Salt, pepper and cilantro

- Put the onion and garlic in the mixing bowl: chop 4 sec/speed 5. Add the oil and sauté 4 min/120°C/speed 1.
- Add the hot fish broth and salt: heat 5 min/90°C/speed 2.
- With the machine running at speed 3, add the cassava flour little by little through the lid opening.
- Cook 6 min/90°C/speed 3 until thickened and smooth.
- Add chopped cilantro and mix 10 sec/speed 2.
- Serve immediately as a side for fish dishes.
Tips
- Add the flour in a steady stream to avoid lumps.
