Ingredients

  • 200 g frozen acai pulp
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 80 ml apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1 fresh banana in slices
  • 50 g strawberries
  • 60 g granola
  • 1 tablespoon grated coconut

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the acai pulp, frozen banana, apple juice and agave in the mixing bowl.
  2. Blend 30 sec/speed 5 and scrape the bits down toward the blades.
  3. Blend again 20 sec/speed 7 until you get a thick ice cream-like cream.
  4. Divide the cream between two cold bowls.
  5. Decorate with the fresh banana slices and the strawberries.
  6. Sprinkle the granola and grated coconut on top.
  7. Serve immediately, very cold.

Tips

  • Use well-frozen fruit for a creamy texture without ice.
  • Adjust the liquid depending on how thick you want the bowl.
  • Add peanut butter for more energy.
