Ingredients
- 300 g rice
- 200 g ground beef
- 1 carrot, in strips
- 150 g spinach
- 100 g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 zucchini, in strips
- 4 eggs
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons gochujang paste
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Sesame seeds to garnish
Step-by-step

- Put the rice with 450 ml water in the mixing bowl. Set 18 min/100°C/reverse/spoon speed and set aside.
- Separately sauté the carrot, spinach, zucchini and mushrooms in a pan with a little sesame oil.
- Cook the beef with the soy sauce until browned.
- Fry the eggs, leaving the yolk runny.
- Assemble the bowl with rice on the bottom, the vegetables and meat arranged around it, the egg in the center and gochujang to taste. Finish with sesame seeds.
Tips
- Gochujang provides the characteristic spicy kick.
- Mix everything together just before eating.
