Classic yogurt sponge cake
The classic sponge cake, fluffy and easy for snack time.
Vegetarian
Ingredients
- 1 plain yogurt (125 g)
- 3 eggs
- 2 yogurt-pot measures of sugar
- 3 yogurt-pot measures of flour
- 1 yogurt-pot measure of sunflower oil
- 1 sachet baking powder (16 g)
- Zest of 1 lemon
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the eggs and sugar in the mixing bowl and beat 3 min/speed 4.
- Add the yogurt, oil and zest and mix 20 sec/speed 3.
- Stir in the flour and baking powder and mix 25 sec/speed 3.
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured tin.
- Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
- Check with a skewer that comes out clean and let it cool.
Tips
- Use the yogurt pot as a measure for everything.
- Do not open the oven until the last few minutes.
