Ingredients
- 500 g chicken or hen, in pieces
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cup corn flour
- 1 cup grated fresh cheese
- 1 egg
- 1.5 liters water
- Salt and cumin to taste
- Chopped parsley
Step-by-step

- Put the onion, bell pepper and tomatoes in the mixing bowl; chop 4 sec/speed 5.
- Add a splash of oil and sauté 7 min/120°C/speed 1.
- Add the chicken, water, salt and cumin; cook 30 min/100°C/reverse/spoon speed.
- Separately, mix the corn flour, cheese and egg into a dough; shape small balls.
- Drop the balls into the broth and cook 15 min/100°C/reverse/spoon speed.
- Adjust the salt.
- Serve hot with chopped parsley.
Tips
- The balls shouldn't fall apart — add a bit more flour if the dough is too loose.
- Traditionally made with homemade hen broth.
