Mango Lassi

Creamy Indian drink of yogurt and mango with cardamom.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled (300 g)
  • 250 g plain yogurt
  • 150 ml cold milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pinch of ground cardamom
  • 4 ice cubes

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Chop the mango and put it in the mixing bowl.
  2. Add the yogurt, the milk, the honey, the cardamom and the ice.
  3. Blend 1 min/speed 5-10 progressive until very creamy.
  4. Check the sweetness and add more honey if you wish.
  5. Serve cold with a little cardamom sprinkled on top.

Tips

  • For a vegan version use coconut yogurt and a plant-based drink.
  • A very ripe mango is the key to a sweet and aromatic lassi.
