Ingredients

  • 400 g of mixed ground meat (beef and pork)
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g of breadcrumbs
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 sprig of fresh parsley
  • 1 onion
  • 400 g of crushed tomato
  • 100 g of white wine
  • 50 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • Flour for coating

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the garlic and parsley in the mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 7.
  2. Add the ground meat, the egg, the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and mix 20 sec/speed 4 with the help of the spatula.
  3. Remove the mixture, shape the meatballs, coat them in flour and set them aside.
  4. Without washing the mixing bowl, put the quartered onion and chop 4 sec/speed 5.
  5. Add the oil and saute 7 min/120°C/spoon speed.
  6. Add the white wine and let it evaporate 3 min/Varoma/spoon speed without the measuring cup.
  7. Add the crushed tomato and a pinch of salt and set 8 min/100°C/speed 1.
  8. Blend the sauce 30 sec/speed 6 and carefully tip the meatballs into the mixing bowl.
  9. Set 20 min/100°C/reverse/spoon speed so they cook without breaking.
  10. Check the seasoning and serve hot with the sauce on top.

Tips

  • Let the mixture rest 10 minutes in the cold so the meatballs are firmer.
  • If the sauce is too thick, add a little stock or water before cooking.
