- 1 onion
- 400 g of crushed tomato
- 100 g of white wine
- 50 g of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- Flour for coating
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the garlic and parsley in the mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 7.
- Add the ground meat, the egg, the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and mix 20 sec/speed 4 with the help of the spatula.
- Remove the mixture, shape the meatballs, coat them in flour and set them aside.
- Without washing the mixing bowl, put the quartered onion and chop 4 sec/speed 5.
- Add the oil and saute 7 min/120°C/spoon speed.
- Add the white wine and let it evaporate 3 min/Varoma/spoon speed without the measuring cup.
- Add the crushed tomato and a pinch of salt and set 8 min/100°C/speed 1.
- Blend the sauce 30 sec/speed 6 and carefully tip the meatballs into the mixing bowl.
- Set 20 min/100°C/reverse/spoon speed so they cook without breaking.
- Check the seasoning and serve hot with the sauce on top.
Tips
- Let the mixture rest 10 minutes in the cold so the meatballs are firmer.
- If the sauce is too thick, add a little stock or water before cooking.
