Asturian rice pudding
Creamy rice pudding with cinnamon and lemon burnt on top.

Ingredients
- 1 litre of whole milk
- 120 g of round rice
- 120 g of sugar
- the peel of one lemon
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 30 g of butter
- ground cinnamon for dusting
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the milk, the lemon peel and the cinnamon stick in the mixing bowl and program 10 min/100°C/speed 1.
- Add the rice and program 40 min/90°C/reverse/spoon speed.
- Add the sugar and the butter and program 5 min/90°C/reverse/spoon speed.
- Remove the lemon peel and the cinnamon stick.
- Distribute into bowls and let it cool down.
- Dust with ground cinnamon before serving.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours so it sets.
Tips
- Use reverse so as not to break the rice grain.
- If you prefer it looser, reduce the cooking time a little.
