Ingredients

  • 320 g round rice
  • 1000 g vegetable stock
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 100 g green beans
  • 150 g artichokes
  • 1 tomato, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 60 g olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • A few saffron threads
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the onion and garlic in the mixing bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 5.
  2. Add the oil and saute 6 min/120C/spoon speed.
  3. Add the chopped pepper, zucchini, green beans and artichokes and saute 7 min/Varoma/spoon speed.
  4. Add the grated tomato and the paprika and saute 3 min/100C/spoon speed.
  5. Pour in the stock, the saffron and the salt and set 8 min/100C/reverse/spoon speed.
  6. Add the rice through the lid hole and set 16 min/100C/reverse/spoon speed without the measuring cup.
  7. The rice should stay brothy, with a little broth.
  8. Adjust the salt and let rest 3 min covered.
  9. Serve right away in a deep dish.
