Ingredients
- 1 natural yoghurt
- 3 eggs
- 2 yoghurt measures of sugar
- 3 yoghurt measures of flour
- 1 yoghurt measure of sunflower oil
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- the zest of one lemon
- butter for the mould
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the eggs, the sugar and the zest in the mixing bowl and beat 3 min/speed 4.
- Add the yoghurt and the oil and mix 20 sec/speed 3.
- Add the flour and the baking powder and mix 15 sec/speed 3.
- Finish integrating with the spatula if there is loose flour.
- Pour the batter into the greased mould.
- Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick and let it cool before unmoulding.
Tips
- Use the yoghurt container as a measure for everything.
- Do not open the oven for the first 25 minutes.
