Ingredients
- 600 g cleaned shrimp
- 4 guajillo peppers, seeded
- 3 árbol peppers
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/4 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt to taste

- Rehydrate the guajillo and árbol peppers in hot water 10 min.
- Put the peppers, tomatoes, onion, garlic, chipotles and 100 ml water in the mixing bowl. Blend 1 min, gradually increasing speed 5-10, and strain.
- Put the oil and butter in the mixing bowl. Pour in the strained sauce and sauté 8 min/120°C/spoon speed.
- Add the shrimp and salt. Set 6 min/100°C/reverse/spoon speed.
- Serve with white rice.
Tips
- Reduce the árbol peppers if you want less heat.
- Don't overcook the shrimp so they don't toughen.
