Ingredients
- 500 g of ground beef
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red bell pepper
- 400 g of crushed tomato
- 400 g of cooked red beans
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 chili or chili powder to taste
- 40 g of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 150 g of meat stock
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the onion, the garlic and the bell pepper in the mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5.
- Add the oil and saute 7 min/120°C/spoon speed.
- Add the ground meat and saute 5 min/100°C/reverse/spoon speed.
- Add the cumin, the paprika and the chili and saute 1 min/100°C/spoon speed.
- Pour in the crushed tomato and the stock and mix 5 sec/speed 2.
- Set 20 min/100°C/reverse/spoon speed without the measuring cup.
- Drain the beans, add them to the mixing bowl and set 8 min/100°C/reverse/spoon speed.
- Adjust the salt and the heat to taste.
- Serve with white rice, nachos or avocado on top.
Tips
- A small square of dark chocolate at the end enhances all the flavors.
- Let the chili rest so the spices blend better.
