Garlic shrimp

Ingredients

  • 400 g peeled shrimp
  • 5 sliced garlic cloves
  • 1 dried chili pepper
  • 80 g extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 splash of white wine
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the oil, the sliced garlic and the chili in the mixing bowl.
  2. Program 5 min/120°C/spoon speed so the garlic browns slightly.
  3. Salt the shrimp and add them to the mixing bowl.
  4. Program 4 min/100°C/reverse/spoon speed so they do not break.
  5. Add a splash of white wine and program 1 min/100°C/reverse/spoon speed.
  6. Check the doneness of the shrimp; they should be pink and juicy.
  7. Sprinkle the chopped parsley and mix 5 sec/reverse/spoon speed.
  8. Serve immediately in an earthenware dish with bread for dipping.

Tips

  • Do not overcook the shrimp or they will turn rubbery.
  • Serve very hot with crusty bread.
  • You can use prawns instead of shrimp.
