Drinking chocolate
Thick hot chocolate for dipping churros or croutons.

Ingredients
- 500 ml of whole milk
- 150 g of dark chocolate for melting
- 30 g of sugar
- 15 g of cornflour
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the chopped chocolate in the mixing bowl and grind 10 sec/speed 8.
- Add the milk, the sugar, the cornflour and the cinnamon.
- Program 8 min/90°C/speed 4 until it thickens.
- Check the texture and leave it a minute more if you want it denser.
- Serve very hot in cups.
- Accompany with churros or sponge biscuits for dipping.
Tips
- Adjust the cornflour according to how thick you like it.
- Stir before serving if a skin has formed.
