Ingredients

  • 500 ml of whole milk
  • 150 g of dark chocolate for melting
  • 30 g of sugar
  • 15 g of cornflour
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the chopped chocolate in the mixing bowl and grind 10 sec/speed 8.
  2. Add the milk, the sugar, the cornflour and the cinnamon.
  3. Program 8 min/90°C/speed 4 until it thickens.
  4. Check the texture and leave it a minute more if you want it denser.
  5. Serve very hot in cups.
  6. Accompany with churros or sponge biscuits for dipping.

Tips

  • Adjust the cornflour according to how thick you like it.
  • Stir before serving if a skin has formed.
