Thick Hot Chocolate
Dense Spanish-style drinking chocolate for dipping.

Ingredients
- 200 g dark couverture chocolate
- 500 ml whole milk
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Chop the chocolate and put it in the mixing bowl with the cornstarch and the sugar.
- Pulverize 10 sec/speed 8 to integrate everything.
- Add the milk and the cinnamon.
- Heat 8 min/90 C/speed 3 until it thickens.
- If you want it denser program 2 min/90 C/speed 3 more.
- Serve very hot with churros or sponge cakes.
Tips
- For a vegan version use oat drink and dairy-free chocolate.
- Watch that it does not boil too much so it does not stick.
