Ingredients

  • 250 g of mascarpone
  • 200 ml of whipping cream
  • 80 g of icing sugar
  • 300 g of strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • mint leaves to decorate

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the sugar in the mixing bowl and grind 10 sec/speed 10 to make it icing sugar if necessary.
  2. Put the butterfly, add the very cold cream and whip 3 min/speed 3.5.
  3. Add the mascarpone and the vanilla and mix 30 sec/speed 3.
  4. Wash and chop the strawberries reserving some to decorate.
  5. Distribute layers of cream and strawberries in glasses.
  6. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
  7. Decorate with strawberries and mint.

Tips

  • Do not beat the mascarpone too much so it does not split.
  • Macerate the strawberries with a little sugar for more juice.
