Mascarpone cream with strawberries
Quick mascarpone cream dessert with fresh strawberries.

Ingredients
- 250 g of mascarpone
- 200 ml of whipping cream
- 80 g of icing sugar
- 300 g of strawberries
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- mint leaves to decorate
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the sugar in the mixing bowl and grind 10 sec/speed 10 to make it icing sugar if necessary.
- Put the butterfly, add the very cold cream and whip 3 min/speed 3.5.
- Add the mascarpone and the vanilla and mix 30 sec/speed 3.
- Wash and chop the strawberries reserving some to decorate.
- Distribute layers of cream and strawberries in glasses.
- Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
- Decorate with strawberries and mint.
Tips
- Do not beat the mascarpone too much so it does not split.
- Macerate the strawberries with a little sugar for more juice.
