Catalan-style spinach
Spinach sauteed with raisins, pine nuts and garlic.

Ingredients
- 500 g fresh spinach
- 3 garlic cloves
- 40 g raisins
- 40 g pine nuts
- 50 g extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Soak the raisins in warm water 10 minutes and drain them.
- Put the oil and the sliced garlic in the mixing bowl and saute 4 min/Varoma/spoon speed.
- Add the pine nuts and saute 2 min/Varoma/spoon speed until they brown slightly.
- Add the spinach and the raisins with the salt and the pepper.
- Set 6 min/Varoma/reverse/spoon speed.
- Drain off the excess water if there is any and serve right away.
Tips
- Watch the pine nuts because they burn easily.
- If you use frozen spinach, thaw and drain well first.
- A little orange zest gives it a special touch.
