Ingredients

  • 500 g fresh spinach
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 40 g raisins
  • 40 g pine nuts
  • 50 g extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Soak the raisins in warm water 10 minutes and drain them.
  2. Put the oil and the sliced garlic in the mixing bowl and saute 4 min/Varoma/spoon speed.
  3. Add the pine nuts and saute 2 min/Varoma/spoon speed until they brown slightly.
  4. Add the spinach and the raisins with the salt and the pepper.
  5. Set 6 min/Varoma/reverse/spoon speed.
  6. Drain off the excess water if there is any and serve right away.

Tips

  • Watch the pine nuts because they burn easily.
  • If you use frozen spinach, thaw and drain well first.
  • A little orange zest gives it a special touch.
