Coffee flan
Aromatic coffee flan with caramel, ideal for coffee lovers.

Ingredients
- 500 ml of whole milk
- 4 eggs
- 150 g of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of instant coffee
- 100 g of sugar for the caramel
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Make the caramel with the 100 g of sugar and distribute it among the moulds.
- Put the milk and the instant coffee in the mixing bowl and program 5 min/80°C/speed 3.
- Add the eggs, the sugar and the vanilla and mix 20 sec/speed 4.
- Pour the mixture into the caramelised moulds.
- Cook in a bain-marie in the oven at 170°C for 40 minutes.
- Check that it has set by pricking with a toothpick.
- Let it cool and refrigerate 4 hours before unmoulding.
Tips
- Adjust the amount of coffee to your taste.
- The bain-marie guarantees a smooth texture.
