Drinkable Watermelon Gazpacho
Light fruity watermelon and tomato gazpacho to drink.

Ingredients
- 400 g seedless watermelon
- 300 g ripe tomatoes
- 1 small piece of cucumber (80 g)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 ice cubes
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Chop the watermelon, the tomatoes and the cucumber and put them in the mixing bowl.
- Add the oil, the vinegar, the salt and the ice.
- Blend 1 min/speed 5-10 progressive until very fine.
- Strain with the basket for a more drinkable texture.
- Chill in the fridge for 1 hour and serve in glasses.
Tips
- The watermelon adds natural sweetness and reduces the acidity of the tomato.
- Serve very cold as an appetizer on hot days.
