Ingredients

  • 300 g rolled oats
  • 100 g walnuts and almonds
  • 60 g agave honey
  • 60 ml sunflower oil
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the walnuts and almonds in the mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 4.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix 15 sec/speed 2 with the help of the spatula.
  3. Spread the mixture on a tray with baking paper.
  4. Bake at 160°C for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
  5. Let it cool completely so it turns out really crunchy.
  6. Store in an airtight jar for up to 2 weeks.

Tips

  • Do not stir when taking it out of the oven so clusters form.
  • Add raisins or dried cranberries once cold.
