Ingredients
- 300 g rolled oats
- 100 g walnuts and almonds
- 60 g agave honey
- 60 ml sunflower oil
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the walnuts and almonds in the mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 4.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix 15 sec/speed 2 with the help of the spatula.
- Spread the mixture on a tray with baking paper.
- Bake at 160°C for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
- Let it cool completely so it turns out really crunchy.
- Store in an airtight jar for up to 2 weeks.
Tips
- Do not stir when taking it out of the oven so clusters form.
- Add raisins or dried cranberries once cold.
