Ingredients

  • 600 g of ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 egg
  • 40 g of breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the onion, the garlic and the parsley in the mixing bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 5.
  2. Add the ground meat, the egg, the breadcrumbs, the mustard, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix 20 sec/speed 4 with the help of the spatula until well combined.
  4. Remove the mixture and let it rest 10 minutes in the fridge.
  5. Divide into four portions and shape the burgers with damp hands.
  6. Heat a griddle and sear the burgers 4 minutes on each side.
  7. Let them rest 2 minutes so they retain the juices.
  8. Assemble the burgers in the bun with your favorite ingredients and serve.

Tips

  • Do not overwork the meat so the burger does not turn out tough.
  • A ring mold helps you give them a uniform shape.
