Ingredients
- 600 g of ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 egg
- 40 g of breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the onion, the garlic and the parsley in the mixing bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 5.
- Add the ground meat, the egg, the breadcrumbs, the mustard, salt and pepper.
- Mix 20 sec/speed 4 with the help of the spatula until well combined.
- Remove the mixture and let it rest 10 minutes in the fridge.
- Divide into four portions and shape the burgers with damp hands.
- Heat a griddle and sear the burgers 4 minutes on each side.
- Let them rest 2 minutes so they retain the juices.
- Assemble the burgers in the bun with your favorite ingredients and serve.
Tips
- Do not overwork the meat so the burger does not turn out tough.
- A ring mold helps you give them a uniform shape.
