Ingredients
- 8 boneless chicken thighs
- 2 onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 330 ml of lager beer
- 40 g of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley to garnish
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Season the chicken and brown it in a pan on both sides, then set it aside.
- Put the onions and the garlic in the mixing bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 5.
- Add the oil and saute 8 min/120°C/spoon speed until the onion is golden.
- Pour in the beer, the thyme and the bay leaf and mix 5 sec/speed 2.
- Fit the butterfly and add the thighs to the mixing bowl.
- Set 25 min/100°C/reverse/spoon speed.
- Check that the chicken is done and adjust the salt.
- If you want a thicker sauce, remove the chicken and reduce 5 min/Varoma/speed 1 without the measuring cup.
- Serve the chicken coated with the sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Tips
- Use a toasted beer for a sauce with more body and color.
- Serve with french fries or white rice to soak up the sauce.
