Ingredients

  • 8 boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 330 ml of lager beer
  • 40 g of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley to garnish

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Season the chicken and brown it in a pan on both sides, then set it aside.
  2. Put the onions and the garlic in the mixing bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 5.
  3. Add the oil and saute 8 min/120°C/spoon speed until the onion is golden.
  4. Pour in the beer, the thyme and the bay leaf and mix 5 sec/speed 2.
  5. Fit the butterfly and add the thighs to the mixing bowl.
  6. Set 25 min/100°C/reverse/spoon speed.
  7. Check that the chicken is done and adjust the salt.
  8. If you want a thicker sauce, remove the chicken and reduce 5 min/Varoma/speed 1 without the measuring cup.
  9. Serve the chicken coated with the sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Tips

  • Use a toasted beer for a sauce with more body and color.
  • Serve with french fries or white rice to soak up the sauce.
