Ingredients

  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 150 g warm water
  • 10 g fresh yeast
  • 6 g salt
  • 25 g olive oil
  • Sesame or seeds for decorating

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the water and yeast in the mixing bowl and set 2 min/37°C/speed 2.
  2. Add the flour, salt and oil and mix 20 sec/speed 6.
  3. Knead 3 min/closed bowl/dough mode.
  4. Let the dough rest covered about 30 min.
  5. Roll out the dough into a thin rectangle on the worktop.
  6. Cut thin strips with a knife or pizza cutter.
  7. Stretch each strip with your hands into long sticks.
  8. Place on the tray and sprinkle seeds on top.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 min until golden and crispy.
  10. Let cool so they finish hardening.

Tips

  • The thinner you make them, the crispier they will be.
  • Store them in an airtight jar to keep the crunch.
