Ingredients
- 300 g wheat flour
- 150 g warm water
- 10 g fresh yeast
- 6 g salt
- 25 g olive oil
- Sesame or seeds for decorating
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the water and yeast in the mixing bowl and set 2 min/37°C/speed 2.
- Add the flour, salt and oil and mix 20 sec/speed 6.
- Knead 3 min/closed bowl/dough mode.
- Let the dough rest covered about 30 min.
- Roll out the dough into a thin rectangle on the worktop.
- Cut thin strips with a knife or pizza cutter.
- Stretch each strip with your hands into long sticks.
- Place on the tray and sprinkle seeds on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 min until golden and crispy.
- Let cool so they finish hardening.
Tips
- The thinner you make them, the crispier they will be.
- Store them in an airtight jar to keep the crunch.
