Ingredients
- 150 g lentils
- 200 g cooked chickpeas
- 1 onion
- 2 celery stalks
- 400 g crushed tomato
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 40 g olive oil
- 1200 g water
- 30 g thin noodles
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step-by-step

- Put the onion, celery and cilantro in the mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5.
- Add the oil and sauté 5 min/120°C/speed 1.
- Add the tomato, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Cook 5 min/100°C/speed 1.
- Add the lentils and water. Cook 30 min/100°C/reverse/spoon speed.
- Add the chickpeas and noodles. Cook 8 min/100°C/reverse/spoon speed.
- Dissolve the flour in a little water, add it and cook 3 min/100°C/speed 2 to thicken. Serve with cilantro and lemon.
Tips
