Vanilla ice cream
Creamy vanilla ice cream made with a frozen and blended base.

Ingredients
- 400 ml of whipping cream
- 200 ml of condensed milk
- 1 vanilla pod
- 4 egg yolks
- a pinch of salt
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the cream, the condensed milk, the yolks and the vanilla seeds in the mixing bowl and program 7 min/80°C/speed 4.
- Pour the mixture onto a tray and let it cool.
- Freeze the mixture at least 8 hours or until it is solid.
- Chop the frozen mixture and put it in the mixing bowl.
- Grind 30 sec/speed 8 until the crystals break.
- Put the butterfly and beat 1 min/speed 4 to aerate.
- Serve immediately or freeze again for 1 hour so it takes body.
Tips
- Chop the frozen block well so as not to strain the motor.
- Beat with the butterfly at the end for a creamy texture.
