Ingredients
- 750 ml whole milk
- 100 g sugar
- 1 lemon peel
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 egg whites
- Ground cinnamon for sprinkling
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the milk, the lemon peel and the cinnamon stick in the mixing bowl.
- Heat 8 min/90 C/speed 2 and infuse, then remove the peel and the cinnamon.
- Add the sugar and mix 20 sec/speed 3, let it cool and freeze 2 hours.
- Insert the butterfly, add the egg whites and whip 4 min/speed 3.5.
- Fold the whipped egg whites into the semi-frozen milk in a folding motion.
- Serve iced with cinnamon sprinkled on top.
Tips
- Serve it semi-iced with a creamy slush texture.
- Make sure the mixing bowl is clean and dry to whip the egg whites.
