Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 190 g sugar
- 210 g wheat flour
- 90 ml milk
- 120 ml sunflower oil
- 1 sachet baking powder (16 g)
- Zest of 1 lemon
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the eggs and sugar in the mixing bowl and beat 4 min/speed 4 until pale.
- Add the milk, oil and zest and mix 20 sec/speed 3.
- Stir in the flour and baking powder and mix 20 sec/speed 3.
- Let the batter rest in the fridge 20 minutes for a good dome.
- Divide into paper cases filling two thirds.
- Sprinkle sugar on top and bake at 210°C for 15 minutes.
- Let cool on a rack.
Tips
- Cold batter helps the dome rise.
- Do not open the oven during the first 12 minutes.
