Ingredients

  • 200 g peas
  • 200 g green beans
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 bunch of green asparagus
  • 1 artichoke per person
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 50 g extra virgin olive oil
  • 500 g water
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the water in the mixing bowl. Place the chopped beans, the sliced carrot and the peas in the basket.
  2. Place the asparagus and the cleaned artichokes in the Varoma dish.
  3. Set 20 min/Varoma/speed 1 until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Remove the Varoma and the basket and set the vegetables aside. Empty the water from the mixing bowl.
  5. Chop the onion and garlic 4 sec/speed 5, add the oil and saute 7 min/Varoma/spoon speed.
  6. Add all the cooked vegetables and the salt. Mix 3 min/100C/reverse/spoon speed.
  7. Serve the medley warm.

Tips

  • Set aside a little of the cooking water to loosen the medley if it turns out dry.
  • In the non-vegan version chopped ham is added to the saute.
  • Rub the artichokes with lemon so they do not oxidize.
