Vegetable medley
Assortment of seasonal vegetables sauteed in the Navarrese style.

Ingredients
- 200 g peas
- 200 g green beans
- 2 carrots
- 1 bunch of green asparagus
- 1 artichoke per person
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 g extra virgin olive oil
- 500 g water
- Salt to taste
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the water in the mixing bowl. Place the chopped beans, the sliced carrot and the peas in the basket.
- Place the asparagus and the cleaned artichokes in the Varoma dish.
- Set 20 min/Varoma/speed 1 until the vegetables are tender.
- Remove the Varoma and the basket and set the vegetables aside. Empty the water from the mixing bowl.
- Chop the onion and garlic 4 sec/speed 5, add the oil and saute 7 min/Varoma/spoon speed.
- Add all the cooked vegetables and the salt. Mix 3 min/100C/reverse/spoon speed.
- Serve the medley warm.
Tips
- Set aside a little of the cooking water to loosen the medley if it turns out dry.
- In the non-vegan version chopped ham is added to the saute.
- Rub the artichokes with lemon so they do not oxidize.
