Ingredients
- 800 ml of whole milk
- 150 g of dark chocolate
- 4 egg yolks
- 120 g of sugar
- 40 g of cornflour
- biscuits to serve
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the chopped chocolate in the mixing bowl and grind 10 sec/speed 8.
- Add the yolks, the sugar and the cornflour and mix 15 sec/speed 4.
- Add the milk and program 8 min/90°C/speed 4 until it thickens.
- Check that it has a creamy and homogeneous texture.
- Distribute into bowls with a biscuit at the bottom.
- Let it cool down and refrigerate 2 hours.
- Serve cold with a biscuit as decoration.
Tips
- Use a good-quality chocolate for more flavour.
- Stir right after finishing for a silky texture.
