Ingredients
- 500 g strong flour
- 300 ml warm water
- 25 g fresh yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 30 ml olive oil
- 10 g salt
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the water, yeast and sugar in the mixing bowl and mix 1 min/37°C/speed 2.
- Add the flour, oil and salt.
- Knead 5 min/closed mixing bowl/dough mode.
- Let the dough rise in the covered mixing bowl for 30 minutes until doubled.
- Shape a loaf and place it in a tin with baking paper.
- Let it rest 15 minutes while you preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Bake 25 minutes until it sounds hollow when tapping the base.
Tips
- Put a container of water in the oven for a better crust.
- Let it cool on a rack before slicing.
