Ingredients

  • 600 g of turkey in cubes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of mild curry
  • 300 g of chicken stock
  • 100 g of coconut milk
  • 40 g of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the onion and the garlic in the mixing bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 5.
  2. Add the oil and saute 6 min/120°C/spoon speed.
  3. Add the curry and saute 1 min/100°C/spoon speed.
  4. Add the stock and the coconut milk and mix 5 sec/speed 3.
  5. Fit the butterfly and add the turkey cubes.
  6. Set 12 min/100°C/reverse/spoon speed.
  7. Add the carrot, the zucchini and the bell pepper in cubes and the salt.
  8. Set 12 min/100°C/reverse/spoon speed until the vegetables are tender.
  9. Adjust the salt and serve with rice or couscous.
