Stewed turkey with vegetables and mild curry
Turkey cubes with vegetables in a light curry sauce.

Ingredients
- 600 g of turkey in cubes
- 1 onion
- 1 zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon of mild curry
- 300 g of chicken stock
- 100 g of coconut milk
- 40 g of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the onion and the garlic in the mixing bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 5.
- Add the oil and saute 6 min/120°C/spoon speed.
- Add the curry and saute 1 min/100°C/spoon speed.
- Add the stock and the coconut milk and mix 5 sec/speed 3.
- Fit the butterfly and add the turkey cubes.
- Set 12 min/100°C/reverse/spoon speed.
- Add the carrot, the zucchini and the bell pepper in cubes and the salt.
- Set 12 min/100°C/reverse/spoon speed until the vegetables are tender.
- Adjust the salt and serve with rice or couscous.
