Ingredients
- 700 g surubi catfish or river fish
- 2 onions
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 potato
- 1.5 liters water
- Milk to taste
- Salt, cumin and parsley
Step-by-step

- Put the onions, bell pepper, tomatoes and carrot in the mixing bowl; chop 4 sec/speed 5.
- Add oil and sauté 8 min/120°C/speed 1.
- Add the water, diced potato and seasonings; cook 15 min/100°C/speed 1.
- Add the fish in chunks and cook 15 min/100°C/reverse/spoon speed.
- Add a splash of milk and mix 10 sec/reverse/spoon speed.
- Adjust the salt.
- Serve hot with chopped parsley.
Tips
- Surubi is the traditional fish, but any firm-fleshed fish works.
- Milk adds creaminess to the broth.
