🐟
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (600 g)
- 80 g soy sauce
- 60 g mirin
- 40 g sake
- 30 g sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 500 g water
- Salt to taste
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the soy, the mirin, the sake, the sugar and the ginger in the mixing bowl.
- Program 8 min/100°C/speed 2 without measuring cup so the sauce reduces and thickens.
- Reserve the teriyaki sauce in a bowl.
- Clean the mixing bowl and pour in the water to generate the steam.
- Place the lightly salted salmon fillets in the Varoma dish.
- Set the Varoma in place and program 14 min/Varoma/speed 2.
- Carefully remove the salmon and arrange it on a dish.
- Brush the fillets with the teriyaki sauce until glazed.
- Sprinkle the sesame and the chives and serve with white rice.
Tips
- Reserve a little sauce to serve on the side.
- The salmon stays juicier if it is not overcooked.
- Use gluten-free soy if you need it.
