Satay peanut sauce
Creamy peanut, coconut and lime sauce from Southeast Asia.

Ingredients
- 150 g of peanut butter
- 200 g of coconut milk
- 30 g of gluten-free soy sauce
- 20 g of lime juice
- 20 g of palm sugar
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 piece of ginger of 1 cm
- 1/2 teaspoon of red curry paste
- 60 g of water
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the garlic and ginger in the mixing bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 7.
- Add the curry paste and saute 2 min/100°C/speed 1.
- Add the peanut butter, coconut milk and sugar.
- Add the soy, lime and water and mix 10 sec/speed 4.
- Set 6 min/90°C/speed 2 until it integrates and thickens.
- Check the lime and salt level and serve warm.
Tips
- Use tamari instead of soy to make it gluten-free.
- Adjust the water depending on whether you want it for dipping or coating.
- Perfect with skewers, noodles or steamed vegetables.
