Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites (140 g)
  • 1 whole egg
  • 60 g fresh spinach
  • 20 g onion
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A pinch of garlic powder

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the onion in the mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 5.
  2. Add the oil and saute 3 min/120°C/speed 1.
  3. Add the spinach and saute 3 min/100°C/speed 1 until it reduces.
  4. Drain the excess liquid and set the saute aside.
  5. Put the whites, the egg, the salt, the pepper and the garlic in the mixing bowl and beat 20 sec/speed 4.
  6. Mix the beaten egg with the spinach and set in a non-stick pan 3 minutes on each side.
  7. Serve freshly made while it is fluffy.

Tips

  • Nutritional note: egg whites are pure protein with almost no fat, ideal after training.
  • Add a little fresh whipped cheese for more creaminess without gaining weight.
  • Do not overcook the spinach to preserve its green color.
