Ingredients

  • 8 slices of sandwich bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 ml milk
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Butter for the pan

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in the mixing bowl.
  2. Mix 20 sec/speed 4 until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a deep plate.
  4. Soak each slice of bread on both sides without it falling apart.
  5. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Brown the toasts 2 minutes on each side until golden.
  7. Serve with sugar and cinnamon or syrup.

Tips

  • Use day-old bread so it absorbs better.
  • Do not soak too much so they are not soft inside.
