Ingredients
- 8 slices of sandwich bread
- 3 eggs
- 300 ml milk
- 30 g sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Butter for the pan
Step-by-step

- Put the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in the mixing bowl.
- Mix 20 sec/speed 4 until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a deep plate.
- Soak each slice of bread on both sides without it falling apart.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Brown the toasts 2 minutes on each side until golden.
- Serve with sugar and cinnamon or syrup.
Tips
- Use day-old bread so it absorbs better.
- Do not soak too much so they are not soft inside.
