Ingredients

  • 200 g broccoli florets
  • 200 g cauliflower florets
  • 2 carrots in sticks
  • 150 g green beans
  • 1 zucchini in slices
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 40 g extra virgin olive oil
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • 700 g water
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the water in the mixing bowl.
  2. Spread the vegetables in the Varoma dish and the tray, placing the hardest ones at the bottom.
  3. Set 20 min/Varoma/speed 1 until the vegetables are al dente.
  4. Empty the water from the mixing bowl. Put the garlic and chop 3 sec/speed 7.
  5. Add the oil, the lemon juice and the salt and mix 10 sec/speed 4.
  6. Place the vegetables on a platter and drizzle with the dressing.
  7. Serve right away.

Tips

  • Do not over-cover the vegetables so the steam circulates well.
  • Al dente vegetables keep their color and nutrients better.
  • A little lemon zest intensifies the aroma.
