Varoma vegetables with lemon dressing
Assortment of steamed vegetables with a fresh lemon and garlic dressing.

Ingredients
- 200 g broccoli florets
- 200 g cauliflower florets
- 2 carrots in sticks
- 150 g green beans
- 1 zucchini in slices
- 1 garlic clove
- 40 g extra virgin olive oil
- The juice of half a lemon
- 700 g water
- Salt to taste
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the water in the mixing bowl.
- Spread the vegetables in the Varoma dish and the tray, placing the hardest ones at the bottom.
- Set 20 min/Varoma/speed 1 until the vegetables are al dente.
- Empty the water from the mixing bowl. Put the garlic and chop 3 sec/speed 7.
- Add the oil, the lemon juice and the salt and mix 10 sec/speed 4.
- Place the vegetables on a platter and drizzle with the dressing.
- Serve right away.
Tips
- Do not over-cover the vegetables so the steam circulates well.
- Al dente vegetables keep their color and nutrients better.
- A little lemon zest intensifies the aroma.
