Hibiscus Water
Mexican refreshment of intense red hibiscus flower.

Ingredients
- 30 g dried hibiscus flowers
- 1 litre water
- 100 g sugar
- The juice of half a lemon
- Ice to taste
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the water in the mixing bowl and heat 8 min/100 C/speed 1.
- Add the hibiscus flowers and let infuse for 10 minutes with the basket.
- Strain the liquid to remove the flowers.
- Return the infusion to the mixing bowl with the sugar and the lemon and mix 20 sec/speed 3.
- Chill in the fridge and serve with plenty of ice.
Tips
- Do not exceed the infusion time so it does not turn bitter.
- The used flowers can be used in tacos or jams.
