Guacamole sauce
Smooth avocado and lime cream with cilantro for dipping.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 onion
- 1 seedless tomato
- 1 sprig of cilantro
- 1 small jalapeno chili
- 30 g of lime juice
- 20 g of olive oil
- Salt to taste
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the onion, cilantro and jalapeno in the mixing bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 5.
- Add the pulp of the avocados, lime, oil and salt.
- Blend 15 sec/speed 5 until you get a smooth cream.
- Add the chopped tomato through the lid opening.
- Mix 5 sec/speed 3 to integrate without fully breaking it down.
- Adjust the salt and lime and serve right away.
Tips
- The lime juice prevents the avocado from darkening.
- Remove the seeds from the jalapeno for a milder spice.
- Cover with film flush against the surface to keep it.
