Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 seedless tomato
  • 1 sprig of cilantro
  • 1 small jalapeno chili
  • 30 g of lime juice
  • 20 g of olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the onion, cilantro and jalapeno in the mixing bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 5.
  2. Add the pulp of the avocados, lime, oil and salt.
  3. Blend 15 sec/speed 5 until you get a smooth cream.
  4. Add the chopped tomato through the lid opening.
  5. Mix 5 sec/speed 3 to integrate without fully breaking it down.
  6. Adjust the salt and lime and serve right away.

Tips

  • The lime juice prevents the avocado from darkening.
  • Remove the seeds from the jalapeno for a milder spice.
  • Cover with film flush against the surface to keep it.
