Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 cup corn flour
- 1 onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 1.2 liters broth
- Salt, cumin and parsley to taste

- Put half the onion, the bell pepper and tomatoes in the mixing bowl; chop 4 sec/speed 5.
- Add oil and sauté 7 min/120°C/speed 1; set the sauté aside in a pot with the broth.
- In a bowl, mix the beef, corn flour, the other half of the onion chopped, the eggs and the seasonings.
- Shape medium meatballs by hand.
- Bring the broth with the sauté to a boil and add the meatballs.
- Cook 25 minutes over medium heat until cooked through.
- Serve with chopped parsley and broth.
Tips
- Corn flour gives it firmness and its characteristic flavor.
- Serve with white rice or cassava.
