Ingredients
- 300 g long-grain rice
- 900 g water
- 3 eggs
- 150 g cooked ham in cubes
- 150 g peeled shrimp
- 100 g peas
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 50 g sunflower oil
- 2 spring onions
- Salt to taste
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the water and salt in the mixing bowl and set 8 min/100C/speed 1.
- Place the rice in the basket, insert it in the mixing bowl and set 13 min/100C/speed 4.
- Drain the rice, spread it on a tray and let it cool well.
- Without washing the mixing bowl, beat the eggs in a separate pan to make a thin omelette and chop it.
- Put the oil and the chopped spring onions in the mixing bowl and saute 4 min/Varoma/spoon speed.
- Add the ham, the shrimp and the peas and stir-fry 5 min/Varoma/reverse/spoon speed.
- Add the cold rice, the chopped egg and the soy sauce.
- Stir-fry everything 4 min/Varoma/reverse/spoon speed taking care not to mash it.
- Adjust soy and salt and serve very hot.
Tips
- Cold rice from the day before stays looser when stir-fried.
- Do not overdo the soy so it does not get too salty.
- A drizzle of sesame oil at the end adds an authentic aroma.
